We arrange international delivery with careful handling and appropriate protection for each artwork. Shipping information, tracking and relevant delivery details are provided clearly throughout the purchase process.

International delivery is available to supported destinations.

Shipping Cost

Standard international shipping is £30. Complimentary shipping is available on orders over £500.

Tracked Delivery

Tracking information is provided once the artwork has been dispatched where tracking is available through the selected carrier.

Protective Packing

Each artwork is prepared and protected according to its size, medium, framing and transport requirements.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

Once payment is confirmed, the order is reviewed and the artwork is prepared for delivery.

The work is checked, documented where applicable, and packed according to its medium, size and framing requirements.

Dispatched

Once collected by the carrier, available tracking and delivery information will be sent to the customer.

Delivered

Please inspect the outer packaging and artwork promptly after delivery and contact us if there is any visible issue.

PACKING & PROTECTION

Prepared for the Journey

Artwork requires different protection depending on its material, scale and presentation. Packing methods may therefore vary between unframed works on paper, framed works and works on canvas.

Appropriate protective layers, rigid support, corner protection or purpose-made outer packaging may be used according to the requirements of the individual work.

DELIVERY TIMES

Timing Depends on Destination and Artwork

Delivery times vary according to destination, artwork size, packing requirements and carrier service. Estimated delivery information will be provided where available once the order is prepared for dispatch.

Some artworks may require additional preparation time before they can be safely shipped.

Once an artwork has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared when provided by the carrier.

International delivery may occasionally be affected by customs processing, local carrier procedures or circumstances outside our direct control.

Delivery Issues and Damage

Although artworks are prepared carefully for transport, please inspect the delivery promptly after arrival.

Check the outer packaging for visible damage before or immediately after opening.

02 Keep the Packaging

If damage is suspected, retain the packaging and take clear photographs of the outer package, internal protection and artwork.

Send us the order details and photographs through our Contact page so the issue can be reviewed.
